Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving and that the juices run clear with no pink meat visible.
Grill: place grillsteak under medium grill for 10-12 mins, turning occasionally.
Shallow fry: Cook grillsteak in a lightly oiled pan for 10-12 mins, turning occasionally.
Oven: Place grillsteak on a baking tray. Place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C / Gas mark 5 and bake approximately 20 mins. For fan
assisted ovens reduce time accordingly.
BBQ: Place grillsteak on a hot BBQ and cook until juices run clear.
Keep Frozen. Store at -18 ̊C or below.
Do not re-freeze once thawed.
