MICROWAVE: Place the potato(es) on a microwaveable plate and cook on Full Power for: *800W - 1 potato 6 minutes; 2 potatoes 8 minutes *900W - 1 potato 5 minutes, 2 potatoes 7 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving. OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7. Place potato on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 45 minutes.
