Place the potato(es) on a microwaveable plate and cook on Full Power for:

Stand for 1 minute before serving.
Oven
Pre-heat oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7.
Place potato on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 45 minutes.
