Our Fish Steak & Chips are best oven baked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
25 mins to oven bake - 230°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 8
• Pre-heat the oven.
• Remove all packaging and set aside the chips.
• Place the fish on a wire rack over a deep baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 5 mins.
• Place the chips on a separate baking tray and place on the top shelf of the oven.
• Cook both the steak and chips for a further 20 mins (fan 15 mins).
Caution! Care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven as it may contain hot oil.
Store at -18°C below. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
