Oven Guidelines
220°C/Fan 190°C/Gas 7
· Pre-heat the oven & remove outer packaging and film lid.
· Cook in the middle of the oven on a baking tray for 35 mins.
· Serve with your favourite sides.
Microwave Guidelines
7 mins
· Remove outer packaging & pierce film lid. Place tray onto a microwaveable plate.
· Cook on full power
800W – Cook for 7 mins.
900W – Cook for 6 mins.
· Stand for 1 min. Serve with your favourite sides.
Store at -18°C or below. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
