We changed the ingredients of soft serve to be completely vegan but have the same great (or greater if you ask us) taste and feel as traditional soft serve, so people don’t have to change their lifestyle to help bring global plant-based change. And the same machine can be used to swirl it from, it’s that easy! Our recommendation to customer is once opened, use the full carton. For best result, keep refrigerated one day before use. Set your machine so that the hopper temperature is <8°C and the serving temperature is -6°C with an overrun of at least 45%. Give the carton a shake then pour the full content into the machine. For further handling advice on pasteurization, please consider your specific machine specifications/settings and ask your machine supplier if necessary.
