Oven cook (from frozen): Pre-heated oven at 200°C/fan assisted oven at 180°C: 15-20 minutes
Microwave (650W - defrosting not required): 2-3 minutes
Place the cake on a suitable plate with a microwave cover. Allow cake to cool for 15 minutes.
Alternatively defrost at room temperature for 4-5 hours.
Keep frozen: -18°C. Do not re-freeze once thawed.
