For best results cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. If thawed, reduce cooking times accordingly. Always ensure that the food is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.
Oven Bake: Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 7. Remove the chicken from all packaging and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 16-18 minutes.
Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 180°C. Remove the chicken from all packaging, gently lower into the hot oil and deep fry for 3-4 minutes. Drain and serve.
Keep frozen -18°C.
