For best results cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. If thawed, reduce cooking times accordingly. Always ensure that the food is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.
Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 180°C. Remove the chicken from all packaging, gently lower into the hot oil and deep fry for 5 - 6 minutes. Drain and serve. Oven Bake: Pre-heat oven to 220°C / Fan 220°C / Gas Mark 7. Remove the chicken from all packaging and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 15 - 20 minutes. Air Fry: Set temperature to 180°C. Spread evenly in a single layer and fry for 12 - 14 minutes.
Keep frozen -18°C.
