Positioning Your Cabinet

A: Place it on a flat, level surface with at least a 5cm gap between the cabinet’s rear/sides and walls or other fixtures. Ensure the grille is unobstructed.

Operating Your Cabinet

A: Allow the cabinet to stand for 4 hours before plugging it into a mains supply.

A: Use a 13-amp electrical socket, and do not use an extension lead or adaptor.

A: It takes approximately 24 hours. Do not stock the cabinet until the temperature is reached.

A: Use a flat blade screwdriver to adjust the thermostat located in the grille. Turn clockwise to lower the temperature or anti-clockwise to increase it. Check after 2 hours and repeat if needed.

Looking After Your Cabinet

A: Defrost when ice build-up reaches 1cm (1/2 inch) thick or at least every 6 months.

  1. Remove all products and unplug the unit.
  2. Place a tray under the external drain hole and remove the internal plug.
  3. Put a container of warm water (5–10 litres) inside and close the lids.
  4. Once the ice melts, remove it and dry the cabinet with a soft cloth.
  5. Refit the drain plug, reconnect power, and allow 24 hours to reach the correct temperature.
