Pierce the film lid.
Microwave on Full Power for 700W: 8 mins, 800W: 7 mins, 900W: 6 1/2 mins
Stand for 1 minute, remove film lid, stir and serve.
CAUTION: The tray may soften on heating and will regain rigidity on standing. When removing the film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.
Alternatively, oven bake.
190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas Mark 5
30 minutes
Pre-heat the oven. Pierce the film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Cook for 30 mins, lift the film lid and stir. Replace the lid and cook for further 10 mins.
Stir well and serve.
