Our Prawns have already been cooked and peeled. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Defrosted prawns must be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours.
To defrost
For best results place the unopened bag in the refrigerator overnight, alternatively leave the bag at room temperature for approximately 3 hours.
Drain before serving.
To rapid defrost
Place as many prawns as required into a sieve and place under cold running water for a few minutes. Gently shake to stop them sticking together.
To eat hot
Simply add your frozen prawns to your chosen recipe and simmer for 2-3 minutes. For best results, do not overcook
Store at -18°C or below. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
