COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
FOR BEST RESULTS OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN
Ensure meal is placed on an appropriate baking tray or plate.
OVEN (from frozen)
- Pre-heat oven to 200ºc/ Fan 180ºc, Gas Mark 6.
- Remove the meal from the carton.
- Pierce the film over both compartments.
- Place the meal on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven for 41 minutes.
- Remove the film and leave the meal to stand for two minutes before serving.
To cook in a combination oven, adjust the cooking time by referring to manufacturer's instructions.
MICROWAVE (from frozen)
- Remove the meal from the carton
- Pierce the film over the Herb Liquor compartment.
- Carefully cut away and remove the film from the Pie and Mash compartment.
- Remove the Pie.
- With the Pie removed, place the meal on a plate in the microwave and heat as per instructions below.
Microwave Rating
- Cook on full power for - IEC705 700W - 2 mins, IEC705 800W - 2 mins
- Place the Pie back into the Pie and Mash compartment and cook for a further - IEC705 700W - 9 mins, IEC705 800W - 8 mins
- Remove the film and stir the Herb Liquor thoroughly.
- Before serving, leave to stand for - IEC705 700W - 2 mins, IEC705 800W - 2 mins

These timings given are a guide only as variations between differing appliances may occur.
The container may soften slightly during cooking but will regain its strength on standing.
