COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
FOR BEST RESULTS OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN
Ensure meal is placed on an appropriate baking tray or plate.
OVEN (from frozen)
- Pre-heat oven to 200ºc/ Fan 180ºc, Gas Mark 6.
- Remove the meal from the carton.
- Pierce the film over both compartments.
- Place the meal on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven for 41 minutes.
- Remove the film and leave the meal to stand for two minutes before serving.
To cook in a combination oven, adjust the cooking time by referring to manufacturer's instructions.
MICROWAVE (from frozen)
- Remove the meal from the carton
- Pierce the film over the Herb Liquor compartment.
- Carefully cut away and remove the film from the Pie and Mash compartment.
- Remove the Pie.
- With the Pie removed, place the meal on a plate in the microwave and heat as per instructions below.
Microwave Rating
- Cook on full power for 700W - 2 mins, 800W - 2 mins
- Place the One back into the Pie and Mash
compartment and cook for a further 700W - 9 mins, 800W - 8 mins
- Remove the film and stir the Herb Liquor thoroughly.
- Before serving, leave to stand for 700W - 2 mins, 800W - 2 mins

These timings given are a guide only as variations between differing appliances may occur.
The container may soften slightly during cooking but will regain its strength on standing.
Care should be taken when removing the film as hot steam may escape from the container.
Ensure the food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Keep frozen.
Store in a freezer at -18ºc or colder.
