Cooking Instructions - General
For best results oven cook from frozen
Ensure meal is placed on an appropriate baking tray or plate.
We recommend that you cook from frozen only
These timings given are a guide only as variations between differing appliances may occur.
The container may soften slightly during cooking but will regain its strength on standing.
Care should be taken when removing the film as hot steam may escape from the container.
Ensure the food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Oven cook - From Frozen
- Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C/ Gas mark 6.
- Remove the meal from the carton.
- Pierce the film in all of the compartments.
- Place the meal on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the film and leave the meal to stand for one minute before serving.
- To cook in a combination oven, adjust the cooking time by referring to manufacturer's instructions.
Microwave - From Frozen
- Remove the meal from the carton.
- Pierce the film in all of the compartments.
- Place on a plate in the microwave and heat as per instructions below.
Cook on full power for IEC705 700W 7 mins, IEC705 800W 6 mins
Peel the film back, stir the gravy, re-cover with the film and cook for a further IEC705 700W 4 mins, IEC705 800W 4 mins
Remove the film and leave the meal to stand for one minute before serving.
Keep Frozen. Store in a freezer at -18ºc or colder.
