Cooking Instructions - General
For best results oven cook from frozen
Ensure meal is placed on an appropriate baking tray or plate.
We recommend that you cook from frozen only
These timings given are a guide only as variations between differing appliances may occur.
The container may soften slightly during cooking but will regain its strength on standing.
Care should be taken when removing the film as hot steam may escape from the container.
Ensure the food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Oven cook - From Frozen
- Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C/ Gas mark 6.
- Remove the meal from the carton.
- Carefully cut away and remove the film from the Roast Potato compartment.
- Pierce the film in the other compartments.
- Place the meal on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven for 35 minutes.
- Remove the film and leave the meal to stand for one minute before serving.
- To cook in a combination oven, adjust the cooking time by referring to manufacturer's instructions.
Microwave - From Frozen
- Remove the meal from the carton.
- Carefully cut away and remove the film from the roast potato compartment.
- Pierce the film in the other compartments.
- Place on a plate in the microwave and heat as per instructions below.

Cook on full power for IEC705 700W 14 mins, IEC705 800W 13 mins
Remove the film and leave the meal to stand for one minute before serving.
Keep Frozen. Store in a freezer at -18ºc or colder.
