Cooking Instructions - General
For best results oven cook from frozen ensure meal is placed on an appropriate baking tray or plate.
We recommend that you cook from frozen only
These timings given are a guide only as variations between differing appliances may occur.
The container may soften slightly during cooking but will regain its strength on standing.
Care should be taken when removing the film as hot steam may escape from the container.
Ensure the food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Microwave - From Frozen
- Remove the meal from the carton.
- Pierce the film in the compartment.
- Place on a plate in the microwave and heat as per instructions below.
IEC705 700W - 8 mins - 4 mins
IEC705 800W - 7 mins - 4 mins
Cook on full power for peel the film back, stir the food, re-cover with the film and cook for a further remove the film and leave the meal to stand for one minute before serving.
Oven cook - From Frozen
- Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas mark 6.
- Remove the meal from the carton.
- Pierce the film in the compartment.
- Place the meal on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.
- After 25 minutes, carefully remove the meal from the oven, peel back the film and stir the chips and curry sauce.
- Re-cover with the film and return the meal to the oven and continue to cook for a further 10 minutes.
- Remove the film and leave the meal to stand for one minute before serving.
- To cook in a combination oven, adjust the cooking time by referring to manufacturer's instructions.
Keep Frozen. Store in a freezer at -18ºc or colder.
