Cook from frozen - always cook until piping hot.
Boil in the bag: Place unopened bag in boiling water from frozen. Bring back to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Do not cover the pan. Carefully remove the bag from water and shake gently. Open bag with scissors.
Microwave: Pierce bag in several places. Cook on full power for 4-5 minutes. Leave to stand for a minute before serving. Based on an 800-watt microwave. For other power, ratings consult manufacturer’s guidelines.
