OVEN. Pre-heat oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6. Place potato skin(s) (topping uppermost) on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes or until crisp.
MICROWAVE. 900W - Place potato skin(s) on a microwaveable plate and cook on Full Power for: 1 Potato Skin - 1.5 minutes; 2 Potato Skins - 2.5 minutes; 3 Potato Skins - 3.5 minutes; 4 Potato Skins - 4.5 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
