Cook from Frozen: The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure products are piping hot before serving.
Microwave Per 125g serving
1. Remove product from bag
2. Spread Doner meat evenly on a microwaveable plate in a single layer.
3. Place into microwave and reheat for times stated (full power - 800W - 3mins - stand 30 secs)
Oven
1. Pre-heat oven.
2. Remove product from bag.
3. Spread Doner meat evenly on a baking tray and heat for the time stated (Gas Mark 5 180 °C - 10 mins - stand 2 mins )
Grill
1. Remove product from bag.
2. Spread Doner meat evenly on a grill pan and heat for the time stated (medium Heat - 3 mins, turn Doner meat - re-heat 3 mins - stand 2 mins)
Shallow Fry
1. Remove product from bag.
2. Spread Doner meat evenly in the pan.
3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and heat for time stated ( medium heat - 6 mins, turning ocassionally - stand 3 mins)
Keep Frozen. Store at -18°C or below.
Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
