Jersey Dairy is located on the Island of Jersey in the Channel Islands and is a farmer owned cooperative compromising of 12 dairy farms. As Jersey Dairy is farmer owned, it means our farmers play an important role in every aspect of the milks journey, from ‘grass to glass’.
All Jersey Dairy branded products are made with creamy milk sourced exclusively from pedigree Jersey cows on the Island of Jersey.
As well as providing fresh Jersey milk and quality dairy products to the Island of Jersey, Jersey Dairy has an increasing export market and over the course of the last 15 years, Jersey Dairy has made sales in over 30 overseas markets. Today, Jersey Dairy has established itself as a prominent, growing brand in the UK ice cream and food service sectors, with a keen focus on expanding into European and global markets over the coming years.
Jersey Dairy is proud to be the first dairy in the world to hold the LEAF Marque, Linking Environment and Farming – on its milk cartons. The LEAF Marque is all about empowering and enabling farming businesses to make positive changes.
Jersey has some of the strictest laws in the world regarding animal welfare. Jersey Dairy farms are all Red Tractor certified, and they maintain a proactive management of the health and welfare of all Jersey cows on their farms.
The Island’s herd has reached an all-time high in production efficiency. Milk yield per cow, along with butterfat and protein content, have all increased, demonstrating the exceptional quality of milk produced by Jersey Dairy cows.

Jersey Dairy’s Vanilla Thickshake Mix is made with Jersey milk from our famous Jersey cows. It creates the perfect vanilla milkshake… smooth and creamy…delicious!
Simply pour the mix into the hopper of the machine and create your perfect shake. It can be enjoyed as it is or syrups can be added to create tasty flavour combinations.
